Elena came to us with two main aesthetic and functional issues. She had crowding of her lower front teeth and visible chips along the edges of her upper incisors. Together, we discussed the options and drew up a personalised treatment plan tailored to her needs and preferences for the final result.
The first stage of treatment involved straightening her teeth using Clear V Smile aligners. This is our modern and discreet orthodontic system, which allows for smooth and effective tooth straightening without the need for braces. Treatment began in August 2024 and was successfully completed after 8 months. During this period, we monitored progress at every stage. Elena strictly followed the instructions for wearing the aligners, which contributed to an excellent final result.
Once the teeth had been aligned, we moved on to cosmetic restoration of the teeth. Some of the upper front teeth had minor fractures and edge wear, which we restored using composite material (bonding). Our aim was not only to restore the teeth’s natural appearance but also to ensure durability and stability under chewing forces.
To maintain the alignment of her teeth, we fitted permanent wire retainers – discreet and effective devices for stabilising the results following orthodontic treatment.
