These General Terms and Conditions of Use (the TERMS) apply to the website at http://www.venelinov.com (the WEBSITE) and all resources (RESOURCES) associated with it and administered directly or through subcontractors by APIDPIP Dr Rosen Venelinov EOOD (the STUDIO). The TERMS constitute a CONTRACT between THE STUDIO and the users (USERS) of the RESOURCES. USERS are entitled to use the RESOURCES for personal and non-commercial purposes. By accessing (loading) the RESOURCES, USERS agree, undertake and are bound to comply with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and any subsequent amendments thereto. Should USERS not agree to the TERMS, they must not use the RESOURCES provided.
1.1 THE STUDIO is registered in the Commercial Register of the Registry Agency under UIC No. 200804601, with its registered office and business address at: 7 St. Kliment Street, Varna.
1.2 THE STUDIO is registered as a data controller with the Personal Data Protection Commission.
1.3 THESE TERMS govern the relationship between THE STUDIO and USERS.
1.4 THE RESOURCES include, but are not limited to, planned and completed patient treatments, provided that explicit written consent has been given for information relating to them to be published and disseminated on behalf of THE STUDIO.
1.5 RESOURCES may also cover information on upcoming events, organised independently or in partnership.
1.6 RESOURCES may also include useful information on dental health, interesting news from various fields, and other content.
1.7 The RESOURCES must not be regarded as medical advice for the purpose of treatment.
2.1 By accessing any of the RESOURCES or clicking on any link (hyperlink), USERS declare that they are familiar with, accept and undertake to comply with the TERMS.
2.2 The TERMS may be updated at any time without specific notice to USERS.
2.3 The STUDIO accepts no liability if a USER has not read the latest version of the TERMS.
2.4 USERS undertake to comply with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, as well as with all other provisions laid down by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and international law, even if these are not mentioned in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
3.1 USERS undertake to use the RESOURCES for informational purposes and in a reasonable manner.
3.2 USERS undertake to provide accurate information in contact forms, over the telephone or in communications of any kind.
4.1 USERS have the right to access the RESOURCES.
4.2 USERS have the right to request the deletion of information that directly identifies them.
4.3 USERS have the right to share the RESOURCES, citing the STUDIO as the source.
4.4 USERS have the right to free access to public RESOURCES.
5.1 The STUDIO undertakes to comply with confidentiality requirements when publishing details of treatments carried out.
5.2 The STUDIO undertakes to keep correspondence and any other information relating to USERS confidential.
5.3 The STUDIO undertakes to process the information provided, which includes, but is not limited to, personal data and metadata.
6.1 THE STUDIO is entitled to use tools that generate data on user engagement with the RESOURCES and the links between them.
6.2 THE STUDIO is entitled to integrate information from multiple sources into its analyses for the purposes of direct and indirect marketing.
6.3 THE STUDIO is entitled to terminate access to the RESOURCES provided unilaterally and without notice if the USER’s actions damage the STUDIO’s reputation.
6.4 THE STUDIO is entitled to use all technical and legal measures to identify offenders and notify the competent authorities.
6.5 The STUDIO aims to maintain the RESOURCES with accurate and correct information, whilst not guaranteeing that errors or omissions are impossible.
6.6 The STUDIO undertakes to publish a retraction or correction of incorrect information when requested to do so by an affected party.
7.1 ALL rights to the content of the RESOURCES are reserved.
7.2 The content, or parts thereof, may only be used upon receipt of the STUDIO’s express written consent.
7.3 Sharing links to the RESOURCES is permitted.
7.4 Unauthorised use of the RESOURCES (text, audio, video or graphic elements) constitutes a breach of the law and will be prosecuted under civil, administrative and criminal law in accordance with current Bulgarian legislation.
8.1 THE STUDIO undertakes to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all types of user information.
8.2 THE STUDIO reserves the right to use USERS’ IP addresses to disclose their identity where this is necessary to comply with the law, legal proceedings or to ensure compliance with these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
8.3 USERS have the right to object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes by sending a written notice to the STUDIO at the specified address or contact email.
9.1 THE STUDIO shall not be liable for any disruption to the functionality of the software or technical infrastructure of other internet service providers or to telecommunications links within and/or outside the country, as a result of which USERS are unable to use, either in part or in full, the capabilities of the RESOURCES provided.
9.2 THE STUDIO shall not be liable for any consequences, including any damages, arising from or in any way related to the access to, use of, or inability to use the RESOURCES.
9.3 All information on the WEBSITE is provided in accordance with current Bulgarian legislation, without any guarantee on the part of the STUDIO as to its integrity or security against malicious attacks by third parties.
9.4 THE STUDIO accepts no liability for the information contained on websites to which links are provided on the WEBSITE.
10.1 THE STUDIO reserves the right to change the technology and design of the RESOURCES provided without prior notice.
10.2 THE STUDIO reserves the right to send its users system messages relating to new services or to changes in the terms and conditions governing the use of the current RESOURCES.
11.1 Any matters not covered by these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
11.2 In the event of a dispute, the STUDIO undertakes to seek a resolution in a spirit of cooperation and mutual understanding.
11.3 These TERMS AND CONDITIONS were adopted by the STUDIO on 17 November 2017 and come into force immediately upon their publication.
