The patient – Kalina S., complained of sensitivity to cold and sweet. On the examination we found an inadequately made composite filling with stained edges. This suggested that there was a gap between the tooth and the restoration.
After removing the old filling material, the decay under it was cleaned.
The restoration was done with the appropriate shape and relief.
